Microsoft's Lakeridge Square Campus
Bellevue, Washington
For Microsoft's Lakeridge Square construction project,
Vanderlip and Company prefabricated the curved exterior walls
in their shop and shipped them to the job site in full-bay sections.
Each section was set into position in approximately 10 minutes,
saving considerable job time.
Prefabricating wall frame sections is an excellent way to stay
on schedule while trimming construction costs, especially during
the winter when job sites are impacted by bad weather.
