Introducing Accu-Arc elliptical soffits.

Accu-Arc's new elliptical soffits lay out and install easily, saving significant time and money on your job site.

Here's how we do it:

AutoCAD layout files are sent from the architect to Streimer's manufacturing plant, either on disk or over the Internet. Using computer-controlled processes, we cut the curved parts from galvanized steel and weld the legs on.

Accu-Arc elliptical soffits are available in a variety of thicknesses from 20-gage through 14-gage. The soffits are shipped in pieces and sections align perfectly. To facilitate layout, each part is clearly labeled and comes with an assembly key. At the contractor's request, a computer-generated diagram is provided to make ceiling layout easier. As a result, crews can save their best layout personnel for more challenging tasks.

Compare this highly efficient solution to the old way of producing elliptical soffits: cutting cut pie-shaped wedges from straight pieces of track--an inexact science at best.
