At Streimer Sheet Metal Works our HVAC
Services Division fabricates and installs HVAC mechanical
systems and specialty items in the commercial, industrial,
health care, and high-tech market areas.
We're capable of taking on any size
project.
Streimer does it all, from tenant work
to large high-rise buildings. You can also rely on us for
design/build special project work and all of your various
custom HVAC needs. We design and install systems to complement
any existing facility, or we can build an entirely new system.
Our core capabilities include professional preconstruction
services, project value engineering, and design/build pricing
and construction. We'll also create preliminary design drawings
to assure accurate estimating. We bring decades of experience
to every project, which enables us to share with you highly

craftsmen, to ensure that jobs are done on time, correctly,

At Streimer, we manufacture our own materials
and use the latest in equipment to do it. For example, our
fabriduct line is fully automated and produces both five-foot
and six-foot-long joint lengths, a unique capability in the
Pacific Northwest. Consequently, we minimize field joints
and drastically cut installation time. By producing our own
products, we can work much more effectively and coordinate
better with job sites.
Our construction know-how goes far beyond metal.
We offer comprehensive solutions that take into account every
facet of a project. To that end, we've put in place stringent
management and accounting processes that provide up-to-date
time and material billings, at any stage in any project. Whatever
